Debra Perrigo-Trombly is the photographic artist/owner of Caught in the Act Inc. photography studio.  She has been a professional photographer for over 30 years.  Debbie is a national award winning Master Photographer that has dedicated her work to capturing a moment in time rather than just recording a face.  Debbie's desire is to preserve the precious moments of childhood and life in general.  She also enjoys creating photographic art which has become her passion, storytelling through photography.
