Kimberly's love of art began early and was aided by a teacher who constantly challenged and guided her.  After living throughout the West she returned to Michigan with a love of nature and a passion for drawing. 

Since retiring in 2013 she has focused on both colored pencil and pastel drawing incorporating a high degree of detail in both mediums.  Her work has been published in 4 internationally known art publications one of which is focused on colored pencil instruction. 

Kimberley's work can also be seen at area galleries.  Each new drawing presents a challenge to be overcome and a chance to express her skills as an artist, while drinking lots of coffee and listening to acoustic blues.
