“When we look up at the stars we see these glistening balls of light, but it’s not about how they look, it's how we feel when we see the stars.” My artwork comes in all different forms, whether it shows the earth’s beauty, everyday feelings, or what I see. Nonetheless, in my work, I show delicacy and strength. I have been painting, drawing, and doing photography since I was a little girl. My mother was the one that inspired me to pursue art, and once she passed, I used art as a way to feel that connection with her once again. As a result, every day I either doodled in my notebook or slapped some paint on a canvas. My artwork isn't so much about appearance, but rather, it’s about the significance it holds.
