I received my formal training at the Center for Creative Studies in Detroit, as well as, Haystack Craft School in Maine. Later, I apprenticed under Alert Young at the Birmingham-Bloomfield Art Association, where I eventually taught glass blowing classes.

In 1987 I opened my hot shop studio at my home and went into operation as a full time, self-employed glass blower. I produce functional items with traditional off-hand Venetian techniques. My work includes bowls, vases, perfumes, ornaments, tumblers, etc. I sell at outdoor Art Fairs throughout the summer. Also, my work can be seen at Art Centers and Galleries across the state, especially during the holiday season.

My love of glass extends from Tiffany to Chihuly and I feel blessed to carry on the tradition of glass craftsmen. Inspirations include my love of nature, early 20th century design cues and my belief in the Arts & Crafts mantra "Head, Heart & Hand." I hope my glass touches you in some way.
